University of Manitoba's Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences was ranked 2nd in Canada by Shanghai Ranking's 2024 Global Ranking of Academic Subjects.
The Food Science program gives students the opportunity to explore how raw commodities are processed into healthy, safe and appealing foods. Students have the option to focus their studies on either the business (product development and marketing) or the science (food quality and safety) aspects of this fascinating sector.
