BCIE Ltd Student Application and Enquiry Terms & Conditions
• BCIE Ltd has aimed to make the information on this server as accurate as possible, the information on this website server is for personal and/or educational use only and is provided in good faith without any express or implied warranty. There is no guarantee given as to the accuracy or currency of any individual item on the website.
• Persons accessing the website who require confirmation of any information should refer to BCIE Privacy Policy. BCIE Ltd does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage occasioned by use of the information contained on the server nor from any access to the server. While BCIE Ltd will make every effort to ensure the availability and integrity of its resources, it cannot guarantee that these will always be available, and/or free of any defects, including viruses. • BCIE Ltd has provided hypertext links to a number of external providers websites as a service to users of this website. • By singing and applying through BCIE Ltd you are declaring that all of your documentation for a visa and application are legitimate and belong to you.
• Your bank statements and/or transcripts and any other paperwork that you shall use for your visa application have not been used by any other person previously to apply for a visa. If the bank statements have been used by yourself or by any other party previously for another application, it has been disclosed to the BCIE Ltd staff in your country.
• If you have been refused a visa by the British, Canadian, Australian or USA High Commission to enter these countries before it has been disclosed to the BCIE staff. It is absolutely fine if you have a visa refusal previously, but this must be disclosed to us before you submit a visa application through us.
• You understand that upon arrival in any of the BCIE Ltd study destinations you shall be expected to register immediately; once this is done you will notify BCIE Ltd UK office of your arrival
• You understand that upon arrival into any of these study destinations you cannot change institution for which visa was granted without the approval of BCIE Ltd, The respective universities and the High Commissions in these countries.
• You understand that upon arrival into these study destinations you cannot defer your course and start at any other start date apart from the one for which you were granted the visa initially. The only case where a deferral is possible is if you return back to your home country until the next start date is due. In doing so you must report to the BCIE Ltd in-country local office to confirm this.
• You understand that your deposit is only refundable by the university if you produce the original visa refusal letter from the High Commission and provided that there is no mention of fraud, forgery, multiple use of documentation or dishonesty in the refusal letter.
• BCIE Ltd shall not be liable to refund any deposit paid directly to the university by the student as it does not hold these monies or have any access to it.
• You understand that BCIE Ltd adheres to a strict ‘no cash/ no payment to staff’ policy in all of its offices and through all its staff. Students are not allowed to pay any money in cash or by transfer to any of our staff members regardless of the position/delegation of the staff within the company. We do not collect deposits towards tuition fees nor help students to transfer such amounts to universities using our or any of our staff members personal bank account. Deposits should only be paid into the University’s bank account. A nominal application fee maybe be payable (if applicable at time of application depending on our policies at the time) only to a BCIE Ltd bank account by cash deposit or transfer at the bank. BCIE shall not accept any liability for students that do not adhere to this policy not seek to refund any such monies paid despite our warnings. Each BCIE Ltd office should have a clear notice in clear display of this notice.
• BCIE Ltd staff cannot take payment for any services, admissions, Visas or otherwise. If asked to pay any fee directly to a BCIE staff member’s personal account or if you have been asked to pay in cash report this to our UK Head Office: enquiries@bcie.co.uk or uk@bcie.co.uk
• BCIE Ltd shall not accept liability for any money paid to any member of BCIE Ltd member of staff and does not accept any liability for any fees (tuition, accommodation or related payments) payable to any university
• All processing fees paid to our offices are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application, offer or visa. BCIE Ltd does not guarantee admissions but makes all endeavors to apply to multiple universities in order to gain admission at a course of study abroad. This course must be in agreement with BCIE Ltd who will advise you of the current entry requirements and if your current qualifications meet them.
• Failure to disclose any of the above information or abide by any of these conditions may result in a loss of your deposit (partial or whole amount).
